Born and raised in Sheridan, MI, Josh was introduced to hunting through his father, Jon Bailey, as a child. At 12 years old, Josh arrowed his first 100+ inch white-tail buck and has been at full-draw ever since! Over a decade later, he continues to chase the elusive Montcalm County swamp monsters that bring him home each and every season . His competitive nature continually drives him to exceed his personal expectations while always keeping a leg up on the competition!
GRANT MORELAND
Hailing out of the Stanton, MI, Grant became addicted to hunting through his close friends and family. Competitive in his own nature, he quickly learned through personal mistakes and evaluating the success of others on what to incorporate into his hunting routine. Grant is very passionate about conservation and continues to expand his knowlege by studying Natural Resources Management at Grand Valley State University. He is dedicated to solo-cam bow-hunting and making a mature, Montcalm County buck, the star of the next TEAM VITAL SHOT PRODUCTION!

As a Montcalm county, Michigan resident. Trevor has the passion for the great outdoors. He is an avid big game and small game hunter, where family and friends come first. Taking game with bow is his primary passion. His children Makaylynn and Jase are now ready to take afield by his side. He can’t wait to make more memories with his family. Luke has been chasing big bucks since he was a kid. He is now passing on the tradition to his two sons that love joining him in the blind. With some new property acquired in the last year, Luke has high expectations for the upcoming season.
CARTER JEFFREY
Carter has been chasing whitetails with his family since he we just a kid. Now he has taken what his family has taught him and is targeting monster bucks every year!
RYAN PITCHER
Tracey grew up on a small family farm in Beal City, Michigan. His passion for the outdoors and wildlife conservation, continues each time he sets foot in the woods, by constantly studying about whitetail deer and learning how to improve genetics of the herds and their habitats for the wildlife. In his spare time he enjoys being a member of the City of Clare Fire Department as a Lieutenant and training officer and spending time with his wife Nicole and 2 year old son Renly.
TYLER PERKINS
Out with the old, in with the new, Tyler just moved to Remus, MI within the last year. When he’s not working you can find him out in the deer woods working on his food plots, planning new places to put his stands, and improving the deer habitat. Growing up in a family of hunters, he was continued to acquire knowledge of this sport and love every minute of it! He is hoping to pass this knowledge onto the younger generations and help this sport grow!
STEPHAN MILLER
Stephan calls the woods and waters of Michigan home and often can be found exploring all that the outdoors has to offer. From the woods, lakes, rivers and fields, he isn’t one to miss an opportunity to get outside. He is deeply rooted in and was raised to pursue his favorite game, the elusive Whitetail Bucks in Michigan’s heartland counties.
